To maintain the trade-in value of your old technology printers, special care must be taken to ensure the equipment arrives in good condition. Non-functioning printers and those with broken and missing parts will not be eligible for rebate and may incur disposal charges.

To ensure the safe delivery of your printers, please follow these packing guidelines.

Remove toner cartridges from all printers, bubble wrap separately and pack in a toner-only box.

For smaller trade-in quantities and for printers that will fit in a 25"x25"x25" box:
  1. Place each printer in sturdy shipping box.
  2. Stabilize printer inside box with suitable packing material such as crushed paper, foam, or peanuts eliminating any internal movement.
  3. Secure all edges on all sides of box including top & bottom with shipping tape ensuring no openings or rough edges.
  4. Affix OKI provided pre-addressed shipping labels to the outside of each box and cover with clear shipping tape.
  5. Contact carrier for pickup or drop off at local shipping branch.
